Dubai Summer Surprises : Set to Begin on June 29
DSS returns with a bang, coinciding with the happy celebrations of Eid Al Adha. Get ready to be fascinated by a frenzy of performances, activities, and fantastic experiences.
For an incredible 67 days, from June 29 to September 3, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) will host the 26th annual Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS).
With its return coinciding with the festive celebrations of Eid Al Adha, DSS promises to wow viewers with a frenzy of performances, activities, and incredible experiences.
This summer, the most iconic malls and sought-after destinations in Dubai will host life-changing raffles, unmissable retail promotions, diverse gastronomic options, and great promotions such as Kids Go Free offers across a variety of hotels and attractions, as well as early bird offers and a plethora of family-friendly experiences.
On July 1 at the Coca-Cola Arena, musical superstars Hussain Al Jassmi and Kadim Al Sahir will perform as part of the DSS opening concert commemorating Eid al-Adha. The show starts at 9, although the doors open at 8. This summer, don't miss out on a once-in-a-lifetime performance -- tickets start at just AED150 ($40.8) and can be purchased via Platinumlist, the Dubai Calendar, and the Coca-Cola Arena website.
The following evening, on 2 July, Saudi Arabian icon Mohammad Abdo will provide an unforgettable performance at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai in honour of Eid Al Adha. Platinumlist is selling tickets for the legendary singer and oudist, starting at AED295. The doors will open at 8, and the show will start at 9:30.
Beat the Heat, which premiered at The Agenda in Dubai Media City last year and was a huge success, is back for a second installment. This outstanding series of weekly live performances, taking place in July and August, is offered in conjunction with DSS, Spotlight, and Anghami, and features both established and emerging musicians from the region. WEGZ, Cairokee, Afroto, Marwan Pablo, Balti, Disco Misr, Autostrad, Massar Egbari, Sharmoofers, and many more are just a few examples of these gifted musicians.
