MY.GAMES establishes its first MENA headquarters in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI, May 22, 2023 The newest international gaming company to choose Abu Dhabi as its regional centre is MY.GAMES, and AD Gaming has now expanded its gaming ecosystem by welcoming the company to the emirate.
With over one billion registered players globally, MY.GAMES, a prominent publisher and producer of mobile, PC, and console games, has its corporate headquarters in Amsterdam.
By opening its first MENA location in Abu Dhabi, MY.GAMES will integrate itself with the area's gaming industry and player base, keeping up with the most recent developments in the industry.
MY.GAMES is increasing its footprint internationally and taking use of Abu Dhabi's position as the MENA region's gaming industry's hub to more effectively access the fastest-growing gaming market in the world. With 90% of its 2,000 employees working in major gaming hotspots across the world, MY.GAMES follows the 'Think Global, Act Local' strategy.
The more than 70 games in the company's library, including genre-defining games like War Robots, Rush Royale, and Hustle Castle, will be worked on by the Abu Dhabi-based MY.GAMES team. Over the following five years, MY.GAMES will create tens of employment by focusing on hiring and training local game developers as part of the relocation. The business will also look for chances to start internship programmes with local partners in order to nurture the potential of the upcoming generation of game developers.
