According to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of Abu Dhabi, the speed limit will be decreased to 80 kmph in both directions of the bridge on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street as of Friday.

The ITC advised drivers to strictly abide by traffic regulations and use the recommended detours.

It said, "This will help us reduce congestion and guarantee everyone's safety."
